Postage Charges (Australia):

• Standard Post: $15.00
• Express Post: $20.00

Dispatch Time:
We aim to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours, Monday to Friday. Please allow additional time during peak periods.

Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days for a full refund if the product is unused and tags are still intact. Please ensure the item is packaged securely for return. For more details, see our Returns page.

Order Changes:
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes to the contents or delivery address, as our warehouse works quickly to process orders.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us at Estoque.equestrian1@gmail.com. We’ll provide a prepaid returns label to send the item back.
