Refund policy

We hope you love your order from Estoque Equestrian. However, if something isn’t quite right, rest assured you can return it under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition with tags attached, unless deemed faulty by our team.
• We offer either a store credit or a refund.
• Sale items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
